It's About Time

It's been about a month since I have made a post, and it's mostly because I haven't been playing at all. Every so often I kind of lose my drive to play. I'm not sure why, I think I'm usually after having a drawn out bad run, and I start to get down on myself about poker. Finally yesterday I had a drive to play for some reason. I was playing much more focused poker, and I had a good day both in cash games and in tourney's. I entered 2 180's and a $30 mtt. I built a big stack in the 30, but down the stretch I just lost the big post. A couple of races, and a couple of times I was dominated with big hands. I won one of the 20 180's though. Why can't the players in the $100 mtt's play like these guys down the stretch. I mean these guys play sooooo weak. From about 20 players down I was raising over half of the pots and I would get away with it almost every single time. It was unreal how easy it was to build a stack. Anyway I think that's the 5th 20 180 that I have won. More importantly though, I think I have my motivation back to play. I hope it is here to stay.
